We can help appoint an architectural firm and/or designer for your project. Once timelines for the design package have been agreed with the architectural firm and/or designer, we will then provisionally agree a start date for your project.

Your Vision
Once we receive the architectural firm and/or designer’s drawings, we will sit down with you to thoroughly discuss the brief. Our in-house Quantity Surveyor (QS) will pull together all of the costs for your project. We can then make any necessary adjustments before finalising a contract figure.

The Brief
When we start, our team will manage every aspect of your project. During this time, we will host regular site meetings to ensure you’re feeling up-to-date with the site’s progress. This can be done in-person or via video call—whatever suits your schedule best. These site meetings present a great opportunity to discuss any possible modifications to the original design brief, if required.
